The Elvis Honeymoon Hideaway was purchased in December 2020. It took 1 3/4 years to complete the project, ultimately gaining Class 1 Historic Designation and returning it to the Robert and Helene Alexander House of Tomorrow. It was the featured home of Modernism Week, October 2022 and was sold in November of that year.

This home, on the 13 hole of the Thunderbird Golf Course, was built in the 1950’s and extensively remodeled in the 1980’s. Completed during COVID, it sold in 10 days and was featured in Palm Springs Life Magazine.

The home was acquired from the second owners, who lived in it for more than 50 years. It is in an in-city redevelopment of golf course.
Viewed by many in the neighborhood as a tear-down, this house was painstakingly repaired and restored to meet the needs of the 21st century. It sits on an Olmsted-designed boulevard on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle.
Built in 1956, this 3 bedroom home required an almost complete rebuild. Multiple roof heights, HVAC in the center of the living space, and the lack of a primary ensuite proved challenges. In addition, an entry wall and pool were added to the property.
This 2014 project was our first Krisel-designed renovation. The project involved the addition of a primary suite and the uncovering of original details, including the tongue and groove ceilings and the concrete block fireplace.
Purchased in 2007, this 1960 hillside home sits on the grounds of the former William Boeing hunting grounds. In addition to opening the entry and adding a lower deck, a lower level primary suite was added.
